Network Engineer

Technical Skills
* Detailed technical experience in the configuration and operation of IP routers.
* Experience in fault isolation logic and techniques.
* Detailed understanding of IP protocols - TCP/IP, IP Addressing, RIP-2, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP4, MPLS.
* Detailed understanding of Layer 2 protocols: ATM,Frame Relay, POS, DS0-DS3, OC3-OC192, PPP, PPPoE/PPPoA, HDLC.
* Hands on configuration and operational knowledge of CISCO and Juniper Products.
Communication Skills
* Strong Interpersonal Skills. Ability to work with multiple departments within the Customer's organization.
* Produce a written summary report of the status of equipment and network problems on a regular basis to the customer.
* Train the customer's design, implementation and support personnel to configure and operate network equipment.
* Assist the customer to develop Network Operating and Equipment Operating Procedures.
Customer Care Engineer
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Required Skills:
* CCNA or CCNP Certification
* Basic IP Routing knowledge - OSPF, BGP, MPLS, LDP, QoS
* Basic knowledge of WAN circuits - DS0-DS3, OC3-OC48
* Knowledge of IP addressing, TCP/IP
* Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook and MS Excel.

Security Analyst

Job Description:
* Design and audit of network security for VoIP systems.
* Design and verify router ACLs, firewall rules, and other security measures to protect VoIP systems.
* General knowledge of computer and network security.
* Knowledge of standard VoIP protocols and data flows (e.g. SIP, H.323, RTP, others).
* Design and testing experience related to security.
* Experience with security issues in large scale networks.
* Hands on experience with firewalls and routers, particularly Cisco PIX Firewall and Cisco Firewall Services Module (FSM).
